This gives you all the communication lines to us. For ad hoc support we offer a peer-to-peer online communication channel, used for support issues and demonstrations.

Here's how it works: Contact STI on 1.603.369.3019 or make arrangement via email, to get a session number for the Netviewer usage. Then click on the Netviewer Start below and RUN the file from your desktop. This is not a permanent software installation, a dangerous link, spyware or anything of the like. Now input the session number and our computer is connected with yours.

To use a free phone service we recommend SKYPE www.skype.com or you can use the service www.jajah.com for standard phone lines.

	Standard Online Support Please press the "Netviewer" button, AFTER receiving instructions from your technical support consultant.
	Conferencing Please press the "Netviewer" button at the start time of the conference you booked. Make sure that you received all necessary instructions and the password.
	Free Phone Call This is the button to contact us via SKYPE. It shows the active status of our SKYPE support phone line.
