This give you all the communication lines to us. For ad hoc support we offer a peer-to-peer online communication channel, used for support issues and demonstrations.

How to do this: Contact STI on 1.603.369.3019 or make arrangement via email, to get a session number for the Netviewer usage. Then click on the Netviewer Start below and RUN  the file to your desktop. This is not a permanent software installation or any dangerous link to somewhere or it opens any can of worms. Now input the session number and our computer is connected with yours.

To use a free phone service we recommend SKYPE www.skype.com or you can use the service www.jajah.com for standard phone lines.

Conferencing
Please press the "Netviewer" button at the start time of the conference you booked. Make sure that you received all necessary instructions and the password.
